1. Pickup a smoothie or refreshing drink because, let's be honest, these temperatures out here are disrespectful.
2. Walk-in or make an appointment online for your group to make candles.
3. You'll be given a small clip board and note card to write your contact information and fragrances for your candle, room spray, or wax melt.
4. Next you head over to their fragrance wall and pick 2-4 of your favorite scents that compliment each other.
Mila chose cake batter, coffee and white tea and fig.
5. Head over to the container station and pick your container whether it be a small, medium, or large candle; room spray, or wax melt. We both chose medium sized candles.
6. Head to the south wall to pick out your scents in the oil bottles.
7. This is where the magic begins! Next you will sit down and start mixing your scents inside of the small measuring cup to mix the perfect scented candle. You are provided with one measuring cup, a mixing tray, gold spoon and a napkin. As you mix you are encouraged to wipe off the spoon and smell it to get an accurate scent of your candle. Once you've mixed to your liking, you're ready for the next step.
8. By this time, the staff will provide you with a candle full of wax or room spray bottle with rubbing alcohol in it. For your room spray, you add your oil and let it sit. For candles, you need to hold the wick and stir the candle for 2 minutes so all of the fragrance oils mix evenly in the wax.
9. Lastly, staff will give you a small label to place on your container which you can decorate to your liking with the markers provided.
10. And voila! You've done it!
