Mila and Her Broom

Every child eventually hits a stage where they want to help out whether it's with the trash, dishes, or cleaning up toys. Mila was so adamant about helping us sweep the floor that we eventually made her a Mila-sized broom to help out. And thus, the West was won.

It's Official...Mila Won Herself A Mug

Every day the local news station gives away a coffee mug for the best pictures submitted to their news team. A friend from work e-mails me and says, 'Did you know you won the mug today.' My response: 'What? Who's a mug?' Anyways, she explained it to me and said that Mila's picture won her a free mug. Now we can teach her to drink coffee like the rest of us addicts...one sip at a time.

This morning, I received an e-mail that a picture of Mila in the snow I submitted to the 4029TV.com was featured in their "Best of U" section of their U Local homepage under "Cute Kids." You can view it here.

Let It Snow!

Overnight we received about 2" of snow so of course, Mila had to go explore and check the conditions on her own. She had so much fun playing in the snow and trying to throw snowballs. She's the cutest little snow bunny I've ever seen, but maybe I'm biased.
